Our goal is to work together with you to combine ideas, experience, and resources to create custom machinery solutions that enable you to grow your productivity and overall impact. Let us help you create prototypes, design creative solutions to meet your requirements, or provide input on current machinery systems.

Services

Creating innovative solutions often starts with exploring multiple ideas to determine the possibilities and to refine concepts. With more than 10 years of research and development experience helping customers discover new opportunities, Mid-States Innovation is ready to help your company achieve its goals.

Once a new idea is imagined, it may be necessary to build a prototype to bring greater clarity in the validation process. Both rapid and advanced prototypes can be created, hand built from scratch and tailored to best fit the customer’s needs.

After the concept is identified, full design work can follow. Design work includes CAD modeling, calculations, and creative integration to achieve the necessary requirements.

Once the machine is designed, the parts can be produced and assembled into the final machine. Often a machine must be adjusted and fine-tuned to operate smoothly. Whether the expectation is a stand-alone machine or a solution that can be integrated into an existing system, the customer’s end goal is kept in mind.
Project Building Blocks
Our aim is to transform your ideas into tangible solutions. To do this we must understand the vision and expectations at the start and review specifications.
